Metbaber is Ethiopia’s first micro‑task marketplace. Clients post small tasks (like social media engagement, surveys, app testing) and workers complete them to earn money.
Sign up as a worker, browse available tasks, accept a task, follow the instructions, submit proof, and get paid after client approval. Payments are sent to your Telebirr or bank account.
Register as a client, deposit funds into your wallet (via Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank transfer), create a task, set the budget, and workers will start completing it.
Yes! After registration, you can request a free demo task. Once approved by admin, we create a small task for you at no cost so you can test the platform before depositing real money.
Metbaber charges a small commission (currently 10%) on each completed task. The worker receives the remaining amount.
New accounts are reviewed within 24‑48 hours. You will receive an email or Telegram notification once approved.
We support Telebirr, CBE Birr, and direct bank transfers for deposits. Workers can withdraw to Telebirr or their bank account.
Yes, if no worker has accepted the task, you can cancel it from your dashboard and get a full refund. If a worker already submitted proof, you must approve or reject it.
You can reject the submission with a reason. The worker can resubmit up to two times. After that, the dispute is escalated to admin for fair decision.
Absolutely. Metbaber is a registered Ethiopian company. All transactions are tracked, and we manually verify every user. Our escrow system ensures workers get paid only after work is approved.
